3. Consultation Requests & Confirmation Process

We operate on a personal coordination model rather than automated instant bookings:

• Personal Confirmation: Consultations are confirmed only after our team communicates directly with you via phone call or WhatsApp to determine available time slots, requirements, and arrangement details.
• Accuracy of Details: Clients are responsible for providing accurate date, time, and location of birth for birth chart calculations. Vedic Solutions is not liable for chart variances resulting from erroneous or approximated birth data provided by the client.
